Mutation is transfer or change of title from one person to another in the
records of the local municipal body when property is sold or transferred.
Application for Mutation can be addressed to the Chairperson / Executive
Officer, Lala Town Committee in the Mutation Form (Title Transfer Form)
enclosing supporting documents with Contact Number etc. by purchasing the same
Form from the office of the Lala Town Committee at the Rate of Rs.50.00
(Rupees Fifty) only each Form (w.e.f. 01-07-2017).

|
Mutation is the transfer or change of title ownership when property is sold or
transferred. By mutation, the new owner gets the title of the property recorded
on his/her name and the Board is able to charge Property Taxes from the rightful
owner.

Mutation (Title Transfer) Fees: |
|
|
|
The applicant should have to pay Transfer Fees Rs. 1.00 only plus Surcharge
Rs.499.00 only Totalling Rs.500.00 (Rupees Five hundred) only against the
Holding Number. |

|
|
|
Documents Required (whichever applicable): |
|
|
|
- Prescribed Mutation (Title Transfer) Form to be filled-up by the applicant with
necessary details as required including Contact Number of the applicant.
|
|
|
|
- Signatures of Transferee & Transferrer in the required field. If the existing
Onwer of the Holding is not alive then the applicant/s have to produce a copy of
Death Certificate (issued by the Competent Authority) of the existing Holding
Owner & Legal Heirs certificate.

|
|
- Upto date Municipal Tax receipt including Holding Taxes, Water fees etc.
|
|
|
|
- Related documents of the concerned parties willing to undergo Mutation / Title
Transfer.
|
|
|
|
- Copy of Voter ID / PAN / AADHAR / Address proof of the concerned parties willing
to undergo Mutation / Title Transfer.
